ZIO HTTPSmithyCodecs
Smithy IDL primitive codecs using RichTextCodec.
These provide the building blocks for parsing Smithy IDL. The primitives demonstrate the enhanced | operator with Alternator support that unifies same-type alternatives without nested Either types.
